\"\"Our country is currently under an attack that if left unchecked, will utterly destroy our democracy. Elon Musk and Donald Trump are staging a coup<\/em>, in concert with the most massive cyber-attack ever imagined, directed against the US government. At this stage of the game, it\u2019s hard to tell who is truly in control, but it looks rather like Musk is calling the shots, and Trump is just a figurehead.<\/p>\n

The cyber-attack by Musk on our government\u2019s computer systems is staggering in scope. Musk and his minions have infiltrated or are in the process of infiltrating almost every significant, sensitive government computer system in our nation. They not only have administrator access online, but in many cases have access to the hardware that these systems run on. That gives them unprecedented opportunities to not only make alterations to the software, but also access to install hardware modifications that would allow them to operate the systems remotely from what<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ever location in the world they choose.<\/p>\n

If this cyber-attack was stopped today, it would probably take years of forensic analysis to truly understand what had been done to the computer systems and to correct it.

\nAt the same time, Trump and Musk have made a broad swath of unconstitutional and\/or illegal changes to our government. From firing thousands of workers, to shutting down whole departments, on and on. There have been so many egregious changes that it\u2019s difficult to even list or understand everything that they\u2019ve done.<\/p>\n

While this was occurring, Trump and Musk have been successful in installing maga loyalists in key positions throughout the government, including cabinet level positions in the Justice Department, Department of Health, Department of Homeland Security, and the Defense Department.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ve indicated they will at some point, implement what they call a Warrior\u2019s Board, to review the \u201ccombat readiness\u201d of all our nation\u2019s three and four star generals. The unspoken, but obvious true intent, is to install maga people in all these key spots; people who place loyalty to Trump above loyalty to the Constitution.<\/p>\n

And then, with maga loyalists in all the other key spots throughout our government, Trump and Musk will be free to explore their many stated imperialistic ambitions in whatever corner of the world they so choose.<\/p>\n

All through this, the spineless Vichy <\/i>Republicans, fearful of angering Trump or the world\u2019s richest man and being primaried, have been compliant, abrogating not only their constitutional duty to advise and consent on appointments, but also their constitutional duty to control the nation\u2019s purse strings.<\/p>\n

The Democrats haven\u2019t been much better. The parliamentary tactics used, delaying nominations hasn\u2019t accomplished anything useful. I haven\u2019t seen the Democratic Party exhibit anything that would suggest that you have an actual plan to effectively counter this unlawful takeover \u2013 this coup<\/i>.<\/p>\n

YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AT ONCE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s hopefully still a small window of opportunity to shut down this illegal coup, and preserve our democracy, but that window is closing fast.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t have any suggestions as to what the Democrat\u2019s overall plan must be \u2013 that\u2019s above my pay grade. But I do know one thing that should be a priority right off the bat.<\/p>\n

Kash Patel MUST be prevented from becoming the director of the FBI. If you look at everything that he\u2019s written or said publicly prior to this time, he\u2019s clearly lied his ass off in his confirmation hearings. The reality is he\u2019s somebody cast in the mold of Heinrich Himmler. Somebody who would turn the FBI into Trump and Musk\u2019s private Gestapo. This appointment must be prevented at any cost.<\/p>\n

Beyond that, I implore you to think out-of-the-box. I\u2019m sure that as part of our congressional delegation, you never contemplated it might be necessary to engage in civil disobedience on the floor of the House or Senate. But I think that and all other options should be on the table right now. You must take this fight to the next level, quickly.<\/p>\n

If you fail, I fear our only recourse as a nation may be the path we followed in 1861.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
